During his 21 years as a distributor, he worked closely with manufacturers, other distributors and end-users on behalf of the lighting industry. He served on the Distributor Council for one of the major bulb manufacturers. He also served on the Advisory Board for one of the leading supplemental brands and was elected to the Board of Directors for the Association of Professional Energy Managers (APEM).
